The 800XCE encoder series are developed basing on the one-up DSP in the world and adapt H.264/MPEG-4 algorithm. With these feature, it provides real-time MPEG-4/H.264(AVC) encoding for full resolution, full frame rate preview,  and own the feature of Stabilization and good performance.
